Alright, this creeper here is one hell of a mind-controller. He can make illusions and possess someone's (or something's, if you're not quite human) body and even using his/her/its' special skill. Yeah, so if he possessed Goku's body, he can do Kamehameha and other shits. And I should add, he do it very easy, just by simply touching you with his trident. Akira Amano never stated or implied that anyone could resist his Sixth Realm, so I'll be needing permission post for this case. Ask away if there's something you don't understand.

Can Mukuro put illusions againts you? What kind of illusion? Yes. Feel free to do whatever crazy thing you want to have them see. People trying to kill/capture them. Floors turning into lava. Thinking the ship is crashing. Clothes on fire. That they look like monsters/aliens.

Can Mukuro put illusions againts you? What kind of illusion? Nope to either! Canon is why: Feferi had a giant eldritch abomination for a mama and so she's pretty much immune to anything mind-fuckery based (a universe-wide psychic scream that kills all the other trolls wouldn't harm her). Rose is the Seer of Light and basically has the means to cut through illusions with her eyes.
Can Mukuro possess you? No to Feferi, for the stated reason above. Rose is... doable. Let's talk if this actually becomes a thing.
